Condition, Strengthen, & Build Endurance

So this will be a weekly to bi-weekly meetup consisting of tough character building workouts in the style of Le Methode Naturelle and L'art du Deplacement. Bring plenty of water, good shoes (barefoot is best but minimalist shoes are a close second), and a can do attitude.

All skill levels welcome as this will not be too technically challenging but be aware that while I emphasize smiling this will be a strenuous workout >:)

Lets meet at the rock island in the middle of the soccer fields. If you google map Zilker you will see rock island labeled.
