This dinner is devoted to the discussion and enjoyment of food grown for optimal personal, environmental and social health. It will feature organic, locally sourced food free of refined sugar and grains. Come to Clark Farm, explore the enchanting grounds and relish in the history and beauty of an 1860s barn and 270 year old homestead.

CHIVE Sustainable Event Design & Catering welcomes you to provide the perfect dinner in the 150 year old barn. Before dinner enjoy bite sized CHIVE delicacies while we watch the sheep graze, see the chickens forage for feasts of their own,and hear the grunting of the pigs while they romp through the woods. Clark Farm is a small, protected piece of land, formerly a dairy farm, being brought back into its productive stride under the caring hands of Diana and Andrew Rodgers. With the beauty of such a landscape, Diana is excited to throw open the barn doors for an evening of delicious food and inspiring company.

Inspiring Company, QWILL, a Raffle, and More!

In town for the Ancestral Health Symposium, the dinner will host leaders in the Ancestral Health field like Robb Wolf, Chris Kresser, Matheiu Lalonde, John Welbourn, Dan Pardi, Amy Kubal, Diane Sanfillipo, Stephan Guyenet; bloggers @nomnompaleo, @primalpalate, @livinlowcarbman, @ancestralizeme, @paleoparents, @cookingcaveman, @ultragrassfed and more. They’ll have music by indie/soul musician QWILL and local food producers will be on hand to discuss and sample their handcrafted products. A raffle to benefit Land For Good will help to ensure the continued preservation of Clark Farm and many others like it. CHIVE will provide a menu of local, seasonal, organic and healthful foods for our enjoyment.

Event Details

Clark Farm is located at 185 Concord Street in Carlisle, MA. Dinner begins at 6:30, so come early, tour the farm, and make new friends. If you’re interested in meeting up with other event guests for a rideshare, please post on the Sustainable Dish Facebook Page.

WAS $125 per ticket but thanks to a generous liquor donation from Ryan and Wood Distilleries, we are going to be serving their locally produced gin and vodka cocktails. This means, ticket prices have dropped to $115 for one and only $225 for two. Please buy soon as we expect the event to sell out.
