For those starting with us today, those who are half way through their first or their fifth, or anyone interested in seeing what it's all about, join us for nibbles, games, and “networking”.
In addition to meeting others who are doing the challenge, Melissa Joulwan, creator of the meal map in It Starts With Food has graciously donated a couple copies of her cookbook Well Fed to be raffled off for attendees. You don't want to miss out on that!
Ideas of things to bring:
– Any Whole 30 friendly nibbles or beverages you'd like to share
– Frisbees, balls, bubbles, other fun play things
– Any Whole 30 unfriendly, sealed non-perishable food items in your pantry that you'd like to clear out will be collected and donated to the food bank.
– Resources that you enjoy for recipes, happy meat, etc.
