Saturday morning movement training

This is the final month before the Sydney Spartan Beast. So during April I will be training around Pyrmont Park every Saturday morning. This is a good opportunity for anyone interested in Parkour or natural movement to find out what it's like to actually train this way. You can be assured there will be no flips off buildings and dangerous shenanigans (like everyone thinks it about).
I and hopefully you, will be practicing balancing, crawling, rolling, jumping, climbing, vaulting-all those things, as serious adults, you have forgotten how to do;but which are fundamental human movements. Starting at 10am I will begin warming up for 10-15minutes before moving off. You will find me on the main grass area in front of the car park with a view of the harbour bridge-I will be easy to spot, come say hi.
