Dinner @ Belly Up – cohosted w/ Gluten-Free Meetup

Co-hosted meetup with the Gluten-Free Meetup Group! Both groups have a lot in common, many overlaps, and can learn from each other. Great way to connect to other health-conscious individuals, & great excuse to come out and enjoy a delicious dinner with awesome people!

Similar to a SmoqueBBQ or Porkchop, Belly Up is a new restaurant specializing in high-quality barbecue and drinks, including various wines and ciders. While barbecue is [usually] naturally gluten-free, this restaurant goes the extra mile to have very knowledgeable staff, a dedicated fryer, gluten-free sauces, and no wheat-based fillers in their standard dishes (e.g., sausage).
