2013 Group Paleo Kickstart

This is a chance for newcomers to get moving on a whole foods/paleo diet and veterans to tighten the reigns after the holidays. There are several formats to this event, ranging in price from completely free to $99.

Those who wish to have generous amounts of external support should set aside $99, which will buy the following components:

*Cookbook and nutrition guide “Practical Paleo” by Diane Sanfilippo
*In-person grocery store tour led by me (!)
*Weekly newsletter containing recipes and resources
*Before and after body and health assessments
